These terms govern your use of onescript.app. They are not the terms of a development engagement — that is a separate signed agreement covering scope, milestones, payment, confidentiality and intellectual property for your specific project.

By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not, please stop using the site.

What this site is

This site describes services OneScript Studio offers and publishes articles about software development. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it forms a contract.

Inquiries are not commitments

Submitting the contact form starts a conversation. It does not reserve capacity, agree a price, or commit either of us to anything. Work begins only under a signed engagement that states scope, milestones, timeline and cost.

Indicative information

Timelines, engagement models, coverage tiers and budget bands shown on this site are indicative and provided to help you plan. They are not quotations. Your actual scope, price and schedule appear in a written proposal after we understand the requirement.

Case studies

Case studies describe work we have delivered. Projects marked as our own product are built and operated by OneScript Studio; the rest are client projects. Clients are named only with permission — otherwise the engagement is described without identifying the client.

Project images illustrate the software described and are not warranties of appearance, availability or performance. Links to live sites are provided for reference; those sites are controlled by their owners and may change or be taken down.

Intellectual property

The content, design, code and marks on this site belong to OneScript Studio unless stated otherwise. You may read, quote and link to our articles with attribution. You may not republish substantial portions, or reuse our design or code, without written permission.

Third-party names and technologies mentioned belong to their respective owners, and their mention does not imply partnership or endorsement.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure.
• Do not submit unlawful, misleading or infringing content through our forms.
• Do not use automated systems to scrape the site in a way that degrades it for others.
• Do not use our contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages.
