What this covers

This policy explains what personal data OneScript Studio collects through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to onescript.app and does not cover software we build for clients — those systems are governed by the client's own policies.

Information we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us. There is no account system on this site and no advertising network embedded in it.

• Inquiry details you submit: name, work email, company, project type, budget range, timeline and any description you add.
• Email correspondence, if you write to us directly.
• Standard server request data generated by our hosting provider, such as IP address, user agent and requested URL.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Your colour-mode preference is stored in your browser's local storage on your device and is never transmitted to us.

If we add privacy-respecting analytics in future, this section will name the provider and what it records before it goes live.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and prepare a scope or proposal.
• To maintain a record of the commercial conversation between us.
• To keep the site secure and diagnose technical faults.

What we never do

• We do not sell or rent your personal data.
• We do not add you to a marketing list because you sent an inquiry.
• We do not use your data to train machine learning models.

Sharing and processors

We use a small number of service providers to operate the site and communicate with you: a hosting and delivery provider, an email provider, and — where configured — a form-delivery endpoint that receives your inquiry. Each processes data only to provide that service.

We may disclose information where required by law, or where necessary to establish or defend legal claims.

How long we keep it

Inquiries and related correspondence are kept for up to 24 months from our last exchange, so that we can pick a conversation back up. Records connected to a signed engagement are kept for as long as required for contractual and tax purposes.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also object to our processing it. Write to us and we will respond within 30 days.

International transfers

We are based in India and work with clients in other regions. Our service providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens, we rely on the provider's contractual safeguards for cross-border transfer.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be summarised here rather than quietly substituted.
