By accessing and using OneScript ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
OneScript provides a platform for businesses to create and embed intelligent chatbots powered by their own documentation or websites. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.
As a user of the Service, you agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purposes.
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service.
- Use the Service to generate prohibited content (e.g., hate speech, illegal materials).
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of OneScript and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of OneScript.
You retain all rights to the initial data, documents, and content you upload to the Service to train your chatbot. By uploading content, you grant us a license to process and utilize that content solely to provide the Service to you.
Some aspects of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscriptions"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (such as monthly or annually). At the end of each period, your Subscription will automatically renew under exactly the same conditions unless you cancel it or OneScript cancels it.
